New mindfulness course for those with some experience of Buddhist meditation.
Midfulness is a quality which enhances all experience whether ordinary or extraordinary.
It is an ancient Buddhist wisdom which has been practiced for 2000 years.
We an apply this wisdom to modern times- to now- and open up our lives to a fuller and richer potential.
This is a 6 week course, every Thursday evening 7pm-9pm
